Vera Beth (Brooks) Wagner Obituary (1926

Vera Beth Wagner, 88, of Muncie, IN passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 at her home. She was born in Farmland, IN, January 30, 1926 the daughter of Rolland and Helen (Orr) Brooks. She was a graduate of Farmland High School. Vera was a homemaker. She was a member of Farmland United Methodist Church of Farmland, IN and the Selma Women's Club. Vera leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Ned Wagner (wife, Nancy) of Ft. Wayne, IN and Kyle Wagner (wife, Christine) of Fountaintown, IN; a daughter, Diana Richman of Springfield, TN; eight grandchildren, Robert, Lynnette, Katharine, Elizabeth, Mandy, Robin, Allison and Travis; seven great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob Wagner (1997); and a sister, Virginia Dean. A service to celebrate Vera's life will be 11 am Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN with Pastor Sherrie Drake officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery of Muncie, IN. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 10 am to service time on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
