Sandy Lane (Carlson) Fisher Obituary (1964 - 2014)

Sandy Lane Fisher, 50, of Lynn, IN passed away early Monday morning, October 20, 2014 at her residence. She was born May 11, 1964 in El Paso, TX the daughter of Merle L. and Marjorie (Hulet) Carlson. Sandy received her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1997 from Ivy Tech of Richmond, IN. She was employed two years as a home health nurse with Bethany Care of New Castle, IN. She had also previously worked at The Waters of New Castle, IN. She enjoyed spending her leisure time reading, but most of all enjoyed her children and her granddaughter, who was the light of her life. She leaves to cherish her memory a husband, Scott Fisher of Modoc, IN; two sons, Joshua S. Hunt (wife, Stacy) of Losantville, IN and Jacob S. Hunt (wife, Lark) of Clarksville, TN; a daughter, Carlie A. Fisher of Modoc, IN; her mother, Marjorie Carlson of Ludington, MI; two sisters, Julie A Carpenter of Ludington, MI and Candie L. Schonauer (husband, Andy) of Indianapolis, IN; her precious granddaughter, Laela K. Hunt; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. A service to celebrate Sandy's life will be 7 pm Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN. Cremation will follow. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 4 pm to service time on Thursday, at the funeral home.
