St. Rd. 32 Parker City, IN 47368 Ruthadel Stickler, 78, of Farmland passed away peacefully, Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at Parker Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center of Parker City. She was born April 13, 1930 in Muncie, the daughter of William and Martha (Oren) Mosier. She graduated in 1948 from Stoney Creek School. Ruthadel retired in 1988 as Assistant Cashier from American National Bank, now Old National Bank, after 40 years. She was a member of Farmland Christian Church. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband, Wilbur; a sister, Aumalee Crandall of Muncie; a brother, William (Bud) Mosier (wife, Dorothy) of Farmland; three nephews, David Mosier (wife, Debbie) of Selma, Gary Mosier (wife, Sherry) of Noblesville and Jim Stickler (wife, Betty) of New Castle; two nieces, Kathy James (husband, Matthew) of St. Augustine, FL and Connie Bennett (husband, Greg) of Kokomo; and one aunt, Esther Roberts of Muncie. A service to celebrate Ruthadel's life will be 2:00 pm Saturday, February 28, 2009 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery of Maxville, IN. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 4-8 pm Friday, February 27, 2009 and one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Farmland Christian Church or Alzheimers Association. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
