Rhonda Gail (Bowser) Jones Obituary (1954 - 2014)

Rhonda Gail Jones, 60, of Farmland, IN passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born February 27, 1954 in Michigan, the daughter of Donald and Sharon (Lehman) Bowser. She was a graduate of Leo High School. Rhonda retired in 2010 after 5 years as a bookkeeper for Harrington-Hoch Insurance of Richmond, IN. She had formerly been employed 14 years as a bookkeeper with Thornburg Bros. Trucking in Modoc, IN. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband of 29 years, Verlin L. Jones; her mother, Sharon Bowser; six children, Jeff Jones (wife, Leann) of Farmland, IN, Jennifer Davis (husband, Mike) of Modoc, IN, Nellie Schneider (husband, Brad) of Boonville, IN, Brad Beumer (wife, Kellie) of Oak Park, IL, Suzannah Beumer (Braulio Fernandez) of Riverside, IL and Alison Fox (husband, Sidney) of Franklin, IN; two brothers, Bruce Bowser (Heidi) of Canandaigua, NY and Mark Bowser of Naples, NY; a sister, Alisa Lanzalaco (husband, Mark) of Rochester, NY; 12 grandchildren, Danielle Ervin (husband, Monty), Nicholas Jones, Mika Thornton (husband, Stu), Shelby Schneider, Reid Schneider, Mara Beumer, Brody Randolph, Kaia Beumer, Stella Beumer, Austin Noga, Cecilia Fernandez and Lucas Fernandez; and two great grandchildren, Maleigh and Aberee Ervin. She was preceded in death by her father. A service to celebrate Rhonda's life will be 1:00 pm Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN with Pastor Ned Wysong and Pastor Steve Connor officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery of Windsor, IN. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 4-8 pm Friday, October 3, 2014 at the funeral home.
