Rex E. Cox, 82, of Farmland, IN passed away early Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Parker Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center of Parker City, IN. He was born March 14, 1931 in Farmland, IN the son of Roger and Helen (Ford) Cox. He was a 1949 graduate of Farmland High School. Rex retired as a printer. He enjoyed spending his leisure time watching auto racing and basketball. He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife of 60 years, Arveda (Hutchins) Cox; a brother, Jack Cox (wife, Marcia) of Farmland, IN; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visiting hours or services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
