Mary E (Ringo) Perry Obituary (1934 - 2011)

Mary E. Perry, 77, of Lynn, IN passed away Monday evening, December 26, 2011 at Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services of Richmond, IN. She was born on March 31, 1934 in Lynn, IN the daughter of Orlie D. and Bonnie (Randall) Ringo. Mary had worked at Huffy Inc., but most recently Parmi Tool Co. of Lynn, retiring in the mid 1980's. She enjoyed bowling; however, her most precious pass time was to spend time with her four sons and grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory four sons, Walter R. Perry, III (wife, Nora) of Lynn, Bobby Perry (wife, Debbie) of Lynn, Steve Perry (wife, Audrey) of Lynn and Scott A. Perry (wife, Kathy) of Puyallup, WA; a sister, Annie Chamness (husband, Dick) of Greentown, IN; seven grandchildren, Walter R. Perry IV (wife, Tracy) of McCordsville, IN, Monica Cline (husband, Brian) of Winchester, IN, Lucas Perry (wife, Patty) of Richmond, IN, Erin Snell (husband, Andy) of New Castle, IN, Ashley Wesorick (husband, Jared) of Grand Rapids, MI, Carly Perry of Lynn, IN and Heather Perry of Puyallup, WA; nine great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Zachary, Austin, Sydnee, Dawson, Taylor, Marshall, Lucas Jr. and Ethan; two special nieces, Judy Bodiker (husband, Tom) and Vickie Spradling (husband, George). She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Walter R. Perry (2006); a brother, Arthur Ringo; and a sister, JoAnn Morris. A service to celebrate Mary's life will be at 10 am Friday, December 30, 2011 at Thomas Memorial Chapel of Lynn, IN with Pastor Gary Meek officiating. Burial will follow in Quaker Lynn Cemetery of Lynn, IN. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 6-8 pm Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the funeral home.
