Lahoma G (France) Garrison Obituary (1932 - 2011)

Lahoma G. Garrison, 79, of Union City, IN passed away Wednesday late afternoon, December 28, 2011 at Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services of Richmond, IN. She was born May 7, 1932 in Garfield, OK the daughter of William and Nettie (Parker) France. Lahoma retired in 1995 as an owner/operator of a Texaco Convenience Store. She was a member of Wesleyan United Methodist Church of Union City, IN. She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Robin Crawford (husband, Tim) of Union City, IN; two sons, Michael Meier (wife, Patricia) of Lebanon, TN and Steven Meier (wife, Karen) of Orlando, FL; a sister, Genevieve Reinert of Wichita, KS; six grandchildren, Kristina Ramos of USAF, Japan, Cody and Joshua Crawford of Union City, IN, Peter and Patrick Meier of Lebanon, TN and Stacy Meier of Orlando, FL; five great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert (2007); one brother; and two sisters. A service to celebrate Lahoma's life will be 11 am Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Fraze-Brooks Memorial Chapel of Union City, IN. Burial will follow in Union City Cemetery. Family and friends may gather to share and remember one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
