Ellen M (Hedrick) Hedrick Obituary (1924 - 2011)

Ellen M. Hedrick, 87, of Union City, IN passed away Thursday evening, December 22, 2011 at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center of Winchester, IN. She was born May 20, 1924 in Randolph County, IN the daughter of Hiram S. and Maudie (Bickel) Hedrick. Ellen was retired in 1962 from child care services she provided to area families. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Union City, IN. Ellen leaves to cherish her memory two nieces, Jean Ann Elson of Troy, OH and Kay Hedrick of Ridgeville, IN; a nephew, Jim Norris (wife, Pam) of Lynn, IN; a cousin, Lois Lantz of Forsythe, GA; and several great nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 4-6 pm Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Fraze-Brooks Memorial Chapel of Union City, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church of Union City, IN. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
