Dorothy Elizabeth (Anderson) Anderson Obituary (1924 - 2011)

Dorothy Elizabeth Anderson, 87, of Lynn, IN passed away early Tuesday morning, November 15, 2011 at St. Vincent's Randolph Hospital of Winchester, IN. She was born January 14, 1924 in Winchester, IN the daughter of Blondon and Myrtle (Hoggett) Anderson. She was a graduate of Huntsville School. Dorothy retired from the US Postal Service, having worked most of her career at the Parker City, IN branch. She enjoyed spending her leisure time reading, gardening and many others too numerous to mention. She had a personality that anyone could love. She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Michael J. Anderson of Lynn; two granddaughters, Casey Culberson (husband, Clinton) of Nashville, TN and Valerie McKim (husband, Matthew) of Carmel, IN. A memorial service was privately held by the family. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 3 to 4 pm on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Thomas Memorial Chapel of Lynn, IN.
