Cristen Dawn Hendricks, 34, of Muncie, IN passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at IU Health Methodist Hospital of Indianapolis, IN. She was born July 21, 1980 in Muncie, IN the daughter of Thomas E. and Della A (Oakes) Hendricks. She was a homemaker. The family will have a private service to celebrate Cristen's life. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery of Windsor, IN. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 1-2 pm Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN.
