Carla Jo Burk, 43, of Union City, IN passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening, July 1, 2017. She was born December 14, 1973 in Union City, IN the daughter of Raymond and Jennifer Lynn (Brooks) Stumpff. She was a 1992 graduate of Mississinewa High School. She was a homemaker. Carla leaves to cherish her memory a husband, William S. Burk; a son, Aaron Burk of Union City, IN; a daughter, Megan Burk of Union City, IN; a sister, Leslie McHenry (husband, David) of Union City, IN; a step sister, Sandy Warren of Union City, OH; two step brothers, Bobby Griffith and Richard Warren; and three nieces, Lyndsay and Courtney Pearson, and Madison McHenry. She was preceded in death by her parents. A service to celebrate Carla's life will be 12 noon Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Fraze-Brooks Memorial Chapel of Union City, IN. Burial will follow in Union City Cemetery of Union City, IN. Family and friends may gather from 10 am to service time on Saturday, July 8th at the funeral home.
